Hey I'm Ben. 31 years old. Live in North East Georgia and will be raising chickens in my backyard for the first time. Havent built a coop yet so open to some ideas. Plan on starting with 5 mature golden comets that a friend has waiting on me to build the coop.

Build a very well ventilated coop that is 20 sq ft in size for 5 birds.
Build a run that is 75-80 sq ft with lots of perches and stuff to hide behind and scratch through.
