We've been raising chickens for a few years. We usually keep around 12-20 laying hens...Red Stars mostly.
We have 4 Sussex females & 1 rooster coming next month. We're wanting to raise some meat chickens, just for the family.
We garden, work full time & have just begun growing microgreens.
We're getting ready to expand our hen house, build trailers for the meat chickens next spring & launch a small business to sell our eggs, veggies & greens.
