New member, got ducks

Welcome! I'm very new here as well. I don't have my babies yet, but I'll be getting my first chicks in September. For now, I'm soaking up the knowledge here.

I also plan to get ducks as we continue to expand our fences in our garden/bird area. My neighbor had some for a while, and I fell in love with them. They are so fun!

I was thinking about Golden Layers or Welsh Harlequins. Are your Welsh Harlequins good with your other duck breeds? We'll eventually have turkeys as well as chickens, but we'll also have the ability to keep everyone separated as needed.

I live in an area where it gets pretty hot in July and August (high 90s), so I want to make sure I get bird breeds that can tolerate that as well. Thanks so much!
