Thank you very much! I appreciate the tips, I was having a little trouble navigating here at first 😂

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Be aware that the peace between your two boys may change with a violent announcement one day.
When your wonderful broody mom is ready to wean the chicks, it can look very mean as she will drive them away from her to force them to be on their own when she thinks she's taught them all she can and they don't need her physically any longer. Have lots of roost space in the coop for her brood as they'll need their own spot when that time comes.
What is you plan for the cockerels in her brood?
You’re right, they could definitely become scrappy with one another, I am keeping my eye out. Thankfully the little guy is already matured (based on me seeing him getting on his hens already, although they’re not having it yet lol) and he’s very docile. He lets me hold him and he runs straight away from big boy, because Hawk has chased him to assert his spot as head man in charge, but if they harm one another I’ll have to rehome little guy for his own safety. We will be rehoming the new boys that mama hatched when the time comes, and we have a friend we know who collects chickens and has about 200 hens and roosters who all get to live their lives with lots of love and space. I feel so lucky to know a rooster lover who won’t cull them, so if they can’t find homes with a single family flock then they’ll get to go there. My friends grandpa also wants a little flock so I may be able to give him one of the little stags from this round.
