(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

I have been owning chickens for roughly a year now.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

Roughly 30

(3) What breeds do you have?

Hyline, Australorp, Polish, Leghorn, Plymouth Rock, Aracauna, Blue Andalusia and Brahmas

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?

Chickens have some of the most amazing personalities and I love the eggs they give me. They are also very relaxing to watch and very loving.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

Hatching chicks, diamond painting, holding my chicks and chickens, sharing information and arts and craft.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

My brother lives with me, we have 2 small dogs named Trixie and Spike. I am also a volunteer on 5 committees.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?

I’m a member of a few fb groups and I believe you’re one that I am in. I love learning about chickens. I really want to learn more and this will help.
