Hello everyone I'm Donnie from Texas I was always reading and getting valuable info from BYC than any of the other web sites online that I thought I might as well become a member. I used to raise chickens in my backyard several years ago and it ended in failure. Now I started back up I am raising two japenese bantams ( a hen and a rooster ). The rooster is red and the hen is a black and white. They are 3 months old, hopefully this run will turn out better. I only had the bantams for 2 weeks.

Hello, Donnie. Welcome back to BYC. I joined for the same reason you did. The best chicken info is RIGHT HERE. I think you'll do great this time. You're here, right? I've learned tons here and my babies are doing great.

We have 5 Barred Plymouth Rock hens, 2 Barred Plymouth Rock roos, 6 Red Star hens, 4 Buff Orpington hens, 1 Black Australorp hen, and 9 guineas. Loads of fun.
