Hello! Welcome to BYC! I hope your Brahma gets well soon! They are great birds we have four Light Brahmas. 
Welcome to the BYC! I used to live in Portland, when it was still a very small town, and was there during the Blizzard of '77. Still enjoy riding my motorcycle up there to grab a nice lobster meal.
