Welcome to BYC!

Do you own ducks or maybe the neighbor does? Just wondering where this egg came from. You can candle it to see if it is viable or not. If you think it is, you can stick it under a broody or incubate it yourself.

Here is a couple of articles on candling and incubating eggs....

Good luck with this egg and keep us posted! Welcome to our flock!

I've already posted on your other thread, so I'll just say best of luck!

You might want to post the pictures in the Incubating And Hatching eggs forum. You can't really tell how old an egg is (how many days since it has been laid) just by looking at it, there doesn't seem to be much of an air cell, but if it has been in the water it wouldn't have been drying out either... have you started incubating it?

Yes I put it in a container on top of my boiler in my laundry room it's at a steady 101.7 degrees nice and warm I've been turning the egg every hour and I put two moist napkins in there too
