Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. I've been raising chickens for 50+ years here in the US, in six different states. Most of my birds have been hatchery stock, ordered multiple times from four different hatcheries over the years, or incubated from hatchery stock, and I've had very few health problems with my flocks over the years (other than the natural aging process).
