(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes. I just got my first chickens in June.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 4 chickens.. and one extra free ranger (or freeloader) that isn't mine.
(3) What breeds do you have?
1 Australop, 2 Production Reds (Marked RIR at TSC), 1 Silkie (Just labeled bantam and ended up being super cute and fluffy as it got older)
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Watching them do chicken stuff, scratching around the dirt.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Knitting, Taking Photos of Bugs, Gardening, Walking.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have one cat and I work as a C#/.Net Dev.

I found BYC, because I was looking at information on chicken breeds and happened to wind up on the "review" portion of the site.
