Most certainly a cockerel; regardless of the comb (though that is also a dead giveaway), there's not a hen in the world who will have barring that light.I took a picture if my chicken that I am fairly sure is not a hen but a rooster. If hens can grow a comb like that please let me know because I really want to keep him/her.
