Hello I’ve had chickens for a good 4 years now I started keeping chickens to show in 4-H. I started with creveacoeurs.
I have two hens now one silver double laced barnevelder and a blue copper maran. I lost my rooster back in January due to a lice infestation.
One of my favorite things about raising BackyardChickens is just having feathered friends that give me breakfast
Some other hobbies I have are raising goats and I enjoy painting as well.
I have a Nubian goat her name is sadie and I have three maine coon mix cats
I’ve known about BackyardChickens for a few years this website has answered so many of my questions. I joined cause I wanted an account so if I had any questions I could post on here an hopefully get some more knowledge
