(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I first got four chickens last week, a neighbor knew someone who needed to get rid of some so I took them over! I am picking up chicks tomorrow.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I currently have 4 chickens.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have a black star and a few red hens. Maybe someone on here can help me identify them!
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They're so fun to watch, it's also just a great hobby now that I work from home!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Roller skating, photography, plants
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I live with my boyfriend in WV, I have one dog her name is momo and she's a yorkie-pomeranian mix. I am a designer.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
My friend Sorel told me about this amazing group and all its info!
