I got my first chickens when I was 6 years old.

Seven
(3) What breeds do you have?
Wyandotte, Cochin, RR, Barred rock
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Each personality, they are very different.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Sewing, quilting, gardening.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am married for 17 yrs, have 2 kids and 3 grandkids. I have 2 dogs and a rabbit. I am disabled and currently fighting cancer.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I have been reading this site and looking up answers for years but just now am joining.
