New member intro

Welcome to the coop! I look at the articles and use the forums tab for specific questions I have. You can get lost for hours!
It looks like you have upcycled the old coop wonderfully.
Any photos of the babies?
Picked up a dozen chicks but we lost two pretty quick, down to ten now and they seem healthy. In fact, today was a semi graduation day. They started taking flight from the brood box/laying box. I was looking for some black or red sex links but came across these Speckled Sussex…beautiful babies and love pics of mature birds.

Welcome. Nice coop renovation. I have one speckled sussex hen and two speckled sussex roosters. Love the breed.
We have two pullets with lighter colors so far. One we call Goldie and one I have named Possum. Possum is a character, she gets under the heat lamp(chicken charging system) she will flop down on her side and kick one leg out like she is dead…aka Possum.
