If you are really serious about it, don't fart around with any store bought pre-fab coop. Build the real deal. The easiest thing IMO is to convert an old shed into a coop. You can find used ones on Marketplace and companies that sell sheds may also have them and could move it for you.
Make sure you read thoroughly in the Coops & Run forum so you properly size, ventilate and design the interior layout correctly.
Owning chickens is more fun than you realize if you've never had them before.
