New Member Introduction

I am a new New England chicken owner this summer with a flock of 3 laying hens; 2 Rhode Is Reds and 1 Plymouth Barred Rock. I have an urban starter set-up with a chicken tractor consisting of a plastic coop and a 4.5'W by 9'L run. I also have a temporary 4' by 12' tarp covered pen I attach for supervised exercise. We have hawk, possum, rodent, fox, coyote, and racoon predators. Occasionally larger predators have been sighted in the area. I want to keep my pets safe and happy.
