Do you think it’s safe to open the incubator to take out the plastic egg divider/turner thingy?? I realized I accidentally left that in.. and I am worried my chickies will get tangled/hurt themselves with it in there!

Be quick about it, but I'd definitely remove anything the chicks could get entangled in. I usually have a water spray bottle filled with warm water when I need to open the incubator lid during pipping, give a quick light spray to the inside lid and eggs before shutting the lid.

If I’m honest with you, I have no idea what the breeds are! I took some eggs from my parents’ farm and just hoped they’d hatch! So far, two have hatched & they’re wreaking havoc in the incubator
