I love this Forum! I have not posted much because I have been enjoying reading everyone elses posts. My meat hen, Miss winners is doing great! She is 12 weeks now and the sweetest animal!. She sits in my lap and sleeps every evening before going to her coop. I now have 2 Coachin Bantams that are 5 weeks now, Benny and Joon. I just bought 2 more chickens that are a week old, Peas and Carrots. One is a Golden Seabright and the other a Silver Seabright. i hope to be putting Benny and Joon out in the coop in about 2 weeks, does that sound right? We still have nights in the low 50's, so I am still waiting. I have 2 coops, 1 is for Miss Winners only, a converted Rabbit hutch because she does not roost for some reason. I was told I feed her too much, she is fat..

. The babies have a brand new Chicken cabin that all 4 will be in eventually. I am hoping to build a large run to connect both coops. i will post pictures as soon as I figure out how to shrink them for this sight.
