Hi everyone,
Not new to chickens but new to this site. At the present time, I'm running approx. 75 - 80 laying hens that I'm planning on replacing with 40 new pullets that are growing up right now. They will be 4 months Mar. 2 so won't be long before they will be putting out the eggs for my friends and relatives. I've had chickens for quite a few years now. As a child, my parents always had chickens for our family to have fresh eggs and chicken for Sunday dinner. I'm the youngest of 12 children and have lots of childhood memories. When I saw that Mr. Powell runs some of his birds on the Backyard Chicken Auction Pages I just had to join this group. I've read many things on here but just never joined it. Thanks for allowing me to be a member on here. :lol I do have a website if anyone wants to take a peek.
