We’re getting home tonight at like 8 pm, and I’ll do the candling and get them ready for lockdown the moment we get in the door! I always do it first thing in the morning on lockdown days, but we’ve got a 10 hour drive home. Bless my hubby for making this drive for us. I can’t wait! Hoping none of the Bantams are trying to get out early so I can safely open it and move ‘em off the turners.

Right! I’m so nervous. and our standard eggs have had day 20 hatchers. Argh! I don’t want kiddo to panic over having to candle all 24 (he thought he had to start lockdown last night and called anxious about it) so we’re in rush mode. Those babies are patient for us!
