Welcome to BYC!! Your roo is gorgeous!I became a member some time ago, but never introduced myself. I have researched articles for help and am amazed at the knowledge available here. So in addition to my canine agility addiction, I'm back into the birds.
I've had chickens in the past, but just started a Flock again. I have barnyard mixes, black copper marans, croad langshan & ayam cemanis. Then I rescued a white Silkie roo from some city dwellers and fell in love with the breed... so chicken math, I now have pens with millie silkies, white and chocolate mottled roos and a fun pen with a black roo with leakage.
I'm in NE Michigan and would really like to connect with more Silkie breeders in my general area.
So, first question... what would you put with the Black Roo with leakage for amazing color fun? (Technically, I believe he is called a Satin)View attachment 3295473
