Hi fellow chickeneers! I reside in a farming community in Illinois. My family recently finished our barn make-over into a small chicken coup, added chickens and a rooster, and yesterday we had seven eggs! Whoot! Whoot!

This is an experience for me b/c I am from a bigger city and haven't been around a farm. My sister started the 'chicken thing' and 'green living' and I have been catching on too!
