New member looking for coop suggestions/ plans appropriate for the MN climate.

I'm reaching the tipping point of starting to build a coop with a run and an electric fence pen area. I'm in Owatonna, MN and looking for suggestions on a design for this climate.

Shouldn’t be hard to find something to use as a cool way down south where you are.

Stop by and join us in “Surviving Minnesota”. Someone might even have an idea or old coop.

Also you have close access to some of the best birds in the state in Owatonna. Duane Urch has passed but I believe his kids and grandkids have them still.

My Dominique’s came from him. I drove hours to get eggs from him. They were well worth it.
