Hello we are MisFits Farms in Dryden Michigan.
We are a small farm with Katahdin (hair) & Merino (wool) sheep
Americaunas, Buffs, Barred Rocks & Silverlaced Chickens.
We preferr the Natural Easter Eggs it keeps things exciting for the kids.
We raise our own sheep for meat, chickens for eggs and our small garden to keep us as sustainable as possible.

Howdy! SHEEP!! Do you prefer them to goats? What made you decide to raise them? I often debate whether or not I would raise some one day! And natural Easter eggs are way more fun!!!

THank You to aeveryone for the welcome.
MY folks moved to the farm in 1979. Since then we have had Natural colored sheep, goats, chickens, horses, pig just about every farm animal except for cows. Goats are much friendlier and so much esier to milk than sheep. But my mom was into the wool aspect, I am the other hand do not spin but my family eat lamb. Our mainstay diet is our sheep we raise ourselves. We have switched to a hair sheep.

MY kids are big egg eaters and love their birds but much prefer the colored vs white.
