New member needs advice about having baby chicks

Raising chicks in the house in the winter is a pain in the -------. I would provide the hen with a clean, dry, draft free coop and allow her to raise the chicks.

New Hampshire Red. Any day the chicks should be hatching and it is 16 degrees at night when do I remove the chicks to a heated area? Immediately? and do I bring Mom to?
