New member, new chicken dad

Hi all.
Have been trying to become a member for some time. Had all kinds of trouble getting signed up.
My first three new chicks are now two years old, and my newer four new chicks will be one year old next month. I now have five more that are two or three weeks old, and i am having a bad time with them.
So i am pretty certain i will have many unending questions.
