1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I recently moved to TN with my best friend and family. They own several varieties of chickens and I have difficulty knowing which ones exactly. Lol. They are all so cute!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 27 chickens and 11 chicks
(3) What breeds do you have? The ones with feathers. Lol. They try teaching me all the time but all I know is that I call them all Henrietta.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I never knew they could be so trusting. They follow me sometimes and I can pick them up and love on them (when I can catch them).
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I enjoy salt water fishing and sewing. I made a chicken saddle not too long ago.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I love animals, always have, and to be able to enjoy the ones here is a blessing. I love all the green this home has to offer and the family I live with, well...you couldn’t ask for anything better.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? I found BYC while searching topics on chickens and ducks. I finally joined because there just seems to be a wealth of information on here and everyone in the community is just so willing to help.
