Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. I am looking forward to learning more about chickens, and making new friends.
I have so many questions that I do not know where to start. Is there anyplace that can tell me all I need to know about keeping chickens.

Click On the learning center link at the to of the byc page, so much useful info there! I'm new to chickens too and have,found just about everything I need to know there.
My advice,though- avoid spending too much time on the illness section. I was a nervous wreck after reading that stuff!
