Welcome. I think you will regret a pre-fab. I made the mistake - not once, but twice, thinking I could improve with another pre-fab coop. Then I converted a large shed and it is the best.

We went back and forth trying to decide to build or buy. We have a ton of scrap materials laying around and only needed to purchase a few things but it was time that was the problem. Well if we need to change in the future then we will. May I ask what exactly you changed or didn’t like about a pre fab?
