Hello hello. Excited to find an app with all the people who love chickens as much as I do. We are the Williams. Myself Angie Williams will be the one mostly using this app.
Our story starts when we moved back to the family farm based in southern oregon. When we came to the farm there were a few goats and some cows (that are sold now). My husband and I planed on bringing the farm back and what better way to do that by bringing in chickens! We started out with some old chickens and new chicks. For over three years we have learned, lost, and loved all the chickens we get.
This spring/summer time we decide it would be fun to learn and experience meat bird. So we bought 50 Cornish cross. And we came to a happy ending last week!
The reasoning of my coming on here was from researching how to grow our own chicken feed and fell into the BYC website. So long story short I made an account and here I am excited to be here!
