Good luck with your integration.
Have you added lots of additional ventilation to that coop?
You should probably consider applying a coat of penetrating waterproofer to it. You may get 2 years out of it before it starts to break down.
You should also install a predator apron around the whole coop/run assembly to increase security.

I’ve got a dumped hen I’m rescuing, so I’m going to pick up2-3 pullets to put in the coop first and let her get used to being near them before I put her in with them

Welcome to BYC. I would not do this. She is a single. Put her in first so that it is her territory, then add 2 more the next day. Only 2, because that is not enough space for more than that, even with an expansion. Also, you will need to beef up the coop and run to keep predators out. That is not secure.
