We are planing on putting the windows on hinges so we can open them up if we need a little more ventilation. For what i read the more option for ventilation the better. I do not want to have to go out there after it's all complete and cut hole in it because we need more.

Your coop is really nice. Better then some houses I have lived in. Since it does seem you are near some wooded areas it is likely you will be visited by predators. Let me suggest that you cover all openings with hardware cloth so when you have the windows open for ventilation your chicks will be safe.
