Hello all,
I just hatched my first clutch of buff orpingtons. Having hatched bobwhite and button quail, ducks, parrotlets, and even Ostrich. Thought I would take it simple this time.

Howdy! I'm in Spanish Fork.

Buff Orpingtons. That's great. Go to the Utah thread, if you haven't yet. We are crazy at times, selling at times, buying at times, visiting at times..in the real world, and more. Fun place for sure.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Congratulations on a successful hatch. :o) Buff Orpingtons are a wonderful breed; beautiful, cold hardy, calm and gentle (my children and granddaughter made lap pets of ours), and good layers of large, brown eggs. If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your BOs.

Welcome to BYC!

Congratulations on a successful hatch, it sounds like you've had quite some experience at it.

Nice to have you join us!
