Thanks. I am optimistic that this will run its course and she will fully recover. Late this afternoon I observed her to rise to her feet when a treat was put out. I also observed her to raise her wing tip indicating I my mind that the paralysis may be resolving. I will keep all posted on advances or setbacks. This may be something that you may not be able to identify for sure until after she dies unfortunately, and your state vet or poultry lab could do a necropsy and testing. I don't think you are dealing with botulism, since it would have killed her within a day or so. It comes from eating the remains of a dead animal or from buried or submerged vegetation. Mold poisoning would be a good possibility if there has been some moldy food or moldy conditions. Mold poisoning can definitely cause those symptoms, as well as Mareks, dehydration and weakness from not being able to get to food and water. Let us know if you need contact information for your state vet or Department of Agriculture.
