Sounds like chicken wire may be your mistake. Chicken wire keeps chickens in, it does NOT keep predators out. Everywhere you have wire, replace it with 1/2" hardware cloth, securely attached to a sturdy frame - not attached with flimsy zip ties. Check to see there are no opening wider than 1/2" around gates, doors,, windows etc. Hardware cloth costs more, lasts longer and can keep most predators out.
Your chicken losses are surely costing you plenty. Get a game cam and see WHAT, and where your predator is coming from. Have outdoor motion detector with alarm.
Do you close your flock in the coop at dusk every night? Do you find any fur, feathers, stuck to fencing, or prints on the ground. Do you have overhanging branches where a predator can jump down? You could also put electrified fencing as a perimeter around your coop and run and across the cover. Your losses are just way too high to accept any longer.
We would really have to see large clear photos of your set up from every angle to discover the vulnerable spots. If you post photos, of the carnage, on the predator threads someone will recognize the m.o.
