:welcome:celebrate

Glad you're here and OMG stay offa her for a week or 2 man!!!! Let her learn to walk again!!! :lau 5 boys huh? Had to get 5 *chicks* to round it out?!? Sounds like an awesome family.. and welcome to your 3rd love now.... BYC!

A must have for your poultry is a FIRST AID KIT for any issues that would arise. (https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/suggestions-for-a-first-aid-kit.1150128/)
It's definitely better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it.

Also, make sure your coop(s) have a proper amount of VENTILATION. (https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...-there-and-cut-more-holes-in-your-coop.47774/) Your chickens will absolutely thank you for it!

One last thing, if you're into gardening, feel free to join this years SEED SWAP (https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/seed-swap.1220129/)

The Golden Girls!!! I absolutely love it!! I'm new here as well, haven't even got my first chickens or coop yet - literally just starting to learn and prepare to do all this within the next month ,so any advice you have as a newbie to a newer newbie lol would be very appreciated! How/why did you choose the breed you have? And did you build or purchase a premade coop?

If you start your own introduction, you'll probably get more replies and all the greeters will have a chance to say hello!
