Hi! My name is Victoria! Here is my intro!



Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Kind of I have had chickens for 4 years but I am new to chicks! Got my first babies this year!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
At the moment I have 2 roosters, 2 hens, 4 guinea chicks and 5 baby chicks. I had closer to 20 adults but over winter we had a run in with some animals.

(3) What breeds do you have?
A buff Orpington rooster, an Easter egger rooster, I am not sure about my hens.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Google

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Hunting, fishing, currently attempting homesteading stuff, crafts, many things.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 2 kids, a husband and many dogs. I am a stay at home mom.

It sounds like you’re having lots of fun! Wish I raised my kids in the country... there’s lots of good information on this site. Lots of knowledgeable people. My advice is to read about all the medical issues people have so if you run into any of them you’ll know what to do . Good luck abs have fun

We have a American pitbull terrier and many greyhound/staghounds and one heeled mix
