Hello,
I am from Melbourne, FL and we are beginning to build our Florida coop. I have had chickens for several years at our property in Ashe Co., NC. Having chickens here in FL will be exciting but present some different challenges (heat, hurricanes...). I look forward to following this website and look for advise from other Florida chicken owners.

Florida I heard they's alligators and pythons down there Coons possums coyotes and skeeters big as biplanes But a chicken a chicken wherever you eat it I guess.
