Reply to our noise notice justice of peace Notice. They did not uphold it, we proved undoubtedly Jason our Cockerel is kept as quiet as possible The nasty neighbour thinks my husband goes out at 5am to unlock their coop which is complete nonsense Neighbour even started on JP officer after he had made his decision. We involved sspca to inspect our flock incase neighbour complained about Cockerel box. I wouldn't put anything past him, but our flock is all good.

I'm sure they would like to inspect something that does not need to be inspected before the fertilizer hits the fan, because at that point they may be able to either not have to go thru a bunch of paper work or if paperwork is required they may not have to get off their rump, they may have to pick up a phone and ask if there is any changes on your end or such but the hoops are easier to go thru for an unfounded claim they already know that is unfounded. At worst they may simply pull up in the driveway knock look in the yard and say "yep still okay" and leave.
