I just got my first chickens a couple months ago. Currently have a mix of 5 hens (lavender Orpington, Wheaton Ameraucana, Silkie mix, Swedish Flower Hen and another Ameraucana) and an Olive Egger Roo. Love watching their funny antics and trying to fight chicken math! Haha

Have been doing a lot of reading online and so many answers have been found on this forum I had to join.

Hi! Welcome to BYC! Sounds like a wonderful flock! I just got my first lavender orpingtons about 4 months ago. They are beautiful, aren't they? I also have buff orpingtons, australorps and a couple rhode island reds just to spice it up a bit. Would love to see some pics of yours!
