I have a garden in a run as well. It’s nice being able to just toss anything I’m not going to use directly to the birds, and any eggs I’m not going to use directly into the garden.

Welcome!! We are so glad you joined us!! I'm sure you will benefit from all the expertise that members here share. I am a newbie too...and I have already learned so much! (Any friend of a GSD is a friend of mine!) I love GSDs....and my 13.5 year old girl passed away in March....I miss her SO much!!) We'd love to see pics of your lovelies

Thank you so much for your kind words. No, she did not. She was a beautiful girl inside and out....she helped me foster about a dozen dogs and took my BCs and Aussie under her wing when they came as puppies. She was the "sheriff"....once everyone was in bed at night you would hear her making her rounds...she marched through the house in the dark making sure all was well. I always felt safe. It's so hard to let them go.
