Hi All! New from the PNW...Long time chicken lover but haven't had any for a while...picked up some chicks today, 4 Silver Laced Wyandotte and two Ameraucanas.

The Amer's of course are instant characters, but I'll work on them all.

I prefer to raise them all like family, holding them daily and including them as much as I can to people and the world around them. My last chickens were Silkies, but I look forward to this group. Any input or advice is always welcome! I worked on a little pasty butt before everyone drifted off....I'll keep an eye on that.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
It appears your Ameraucanas are actually Easter Eggers... or as @aart likes to call them "Ameri-kindas"! You'll still get colored eggs from them though and they are very personable birds.
