Hi all. I am a pet sitter and have cared for horses, dogs, cats and a few chickens. While hiking in a wooded area in Atlanta, we found this chicken. A silky? We didn't want to leave it there, so we brought it home. Easy to catch and friendly. I need to find a home for it, and there were no houses nearby the area where it was found. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Thanks for all of the greetings. I’m in Georgia. Can anyone tell if it’s a hen or rooster ? I read it could be difficult with these. It has crowed a few times. Thanks.
