Hello ! My name is Shannon and I live in Northern California. I am relatively new to keeping chickens. When I first moved to my property there were free range chickens already here that over time, unfortunately, are no longer on the property. So I wanted to start with a safe and loving environment for my new chickens.
We have 4 - 8 week olds. 2- Australorps, 1- White Plymouth Rock and 1- Buff Orpington.
So far so good ! They are happy, fun little girls (at least I hope they are all girls).
I work as a Dental Hygienist in Sacramento.
I live with my Boyfriend and we have his 2 girls 50/50. They love and are completely into helping and learning about the chickens. We have 3 dogs and 2 Nigerian Dwarf goats.
