I just got started so I am trying to learn as much as I can. I have 15 eight week old chicks. I have a selection of brown egg layers so I am not quite sure what they all are. I do know they have different personalities.

Sounds like you have your hands full with 15 chicks! Chickens certainly are individuals with different personalities, very fun to just sit and watch them interact with each other.
