Hi all just wanted to introduce myself. I currently don't own any chickens as of yet but have been doing plenty of research into it and have plenty of friends that own so I am getting plenty of insight. My wife and I are really excited. Currently we live in Cuyahoga county but are attempting to find a new home in Geauga County for many reasons. Lately I have noticed though that some cities within Geauga County do not permit chickens per HOA. I just wanted to reach out as I thought all of Geauga County was permitted to own chickens. Are there certain cities I should steer clear from or is it just the HOA? If anyone can give me guidance with this it is much appreciated as there is little documentation I can find online. Thanks!

Hello, thanks for joining us! From what I've read, it's the HOA's that can block a backyard flock even if the town allows them.
