Congratulations on the VERY lovely insta-flock!
Yes, you have two boys. They all look quite young. I believe they are pullets and cockerels.
You appear to have one Easter Egger cockerel and two EE pullets, one Silver Laced Wyandotte cockerel and one SLW pullet, one Buff Orpington (BO) and one Rhode Island Red (RIR).

Not really. The EEs will likely give you blue or green eggs, the others brown. They are all compatible and cold hardy.
