Hi, We have 5 hens that we have raised since they were two day old chicks. We had 6 but one died. There are two Silver Leghorns, two Ameraucanas, and one Orpington. They started laying in Sept. We have a small coop and are looking to build a larger one that is also a storage shed for chicken supplies. Next spring we are thinking about adding 6 more hens to our flock.
We found BYC while searching for shed plans. We have already found several that have given me ideas for the new coop.
