Hello All,
I'm new here.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I have been raising chickens off and on since I was a kid.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 11 grown chickens, plus a bunch of chicks, and a lot of eggs in my incubators.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Buff Orpington, Black Breasted Red Phoenix, and Americauna
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Watching my toddler get the eggs and play with the chicks.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Traveling (I've been to all of the continents, including Antarctica), gardening, hiking, cycling
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have three kids, I'm an entrepreneur, and I'm married to my sweetie.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found BYC through an internet search, looking for help on a hatching issue. I decided to join for the same reason.
